Payment and Delivery

The purchased product will not be sent to the user until the total amount has been paid to CocoBody.

By accepting this agreement, the user agrees and undertakes to fulfill any tax obligations and/or legal requirements that may arise between the parties. Unless otherwise stated, all fees for services on the website will be calculated and collected in Turkish Lira.

The user agrees and undertakes to pay CocoBody or relevant institutions all bank commissions, special consumption tax (BSMV), VAT, taxes, stamps, fees, and any other legal and financial payments that may arise from the trade and transactions made on the website.

CocoBody is not responsible under any circumstances for technical failures or erroneous transactions of the bank and third-party organizations providing credit card payment services. CocoBody may ask the user to verify their credit card in cases it deems necessary. The user is obliged to provide all documents requested by CocoBody for credit card security. CocoBody may cancel credit card transactions that do not comply with security criteria without providing any justification and may take legal action.

Delivery

Unless otherwise stated, product delivery will be made to an address within Turkey provided by the user, directly through our warehouse. A notification email will be sent to the user once the product is shipped. Delivery times may vary, and the stated delivery time is only a guideline and is not guaranteed. CocoBody reserves the right to work with third parties to fulfill its contractual obligations without notifying the buyer.

The user who has purchased the product is responsible for inspecting the product in the presence of the courier before receiving it. If there is any damage, the user must have the damage recorded by the courier. In case the product is found to be damaged during delivery or later, the user must immediately contact CocoBody and notify them of the damage, providing the product's serial number. The user will return the product using the return number provided by CocoBody. Return shipping costs for damaged products will be covered by CocoBody. After receiving the damaged product, CocoBody will conduct tests to determine the cause of the damage, and if deemed appropriate, will replace the product with a new one.

If you believe the package has been damaged during shipment, please open and inspect it in the presence of the company representative. If any damage is found, do not accept the product and request a report from the courier company. After accepting the product, you acknowledge that the courier company has fully performed its duties.

If CocoBody is unable to deliver the ordered product for any reason, it will, depending on the user's preference, either replace the product with another item of the same or better features or refund the price to the user.
