Payment and Delivery

  1. You can make a bank transfer or EFT (Electronic Fund Transfer) to any of our accounts in Akbank, Finasbank, Garanti Bank, T.İş Bank, and Yapı Kredi banks (in TL).

  2. You can make a one-time payment online using any of your credit cards through our website. For online payments, the amount will be deducted from your credit card at the end of the order. In case of order cancellation or stock issues, any refund to your credit card will be processed within 3 business days.

  3. Order Refunds
    In the case of order cancellations for any reason, our company will refund the product price to your account and/or credit card within three business days. However, you must provide your correct and complete bank account or credit card details to our financial department.

  4. Delivery
    We strive to ship your products the same day. For products that require more time for procurement, the delivery time will be 3 business days, as specified in the product details. If there is a delay in delivery, you will be informed.
    To ensure smooth delivery, please provide the delivery address where you will be during the day.
    Your order will be processed based on the delivery type you select at the end of your order. Orders from our Istanbul-based company will be shipped via Sürat, Yurtiçi, or PTT cargo companies. After your order is confirmed, it will be handed over to the cargo company within 2 (two) business days at the latest.
    You can consult with our customer representative about alternative delivery conditions. Additionally, cargo deliveries are only valid within Turkey.

  5. Payment Tracking
    If the system is unable to complete the transaction due to any issues, the visitor will be informed about this after the payment page.
    In case of any errors in the address provided, our team will contact the person who placed the order to resolve the issue.
    The validity of the email address provided by the visitor is confirmed through an automatic email sent after the order is processed.
    Both the customer and the bank that we use for credit card transactions are responsible for ensuring successful delivery.

Please note!
If you suspect the package has been damaged during shipment, open it and inspect it in front of the delivery company representative. If you find any damage, do not accept the product and have the shipping company prepare a report.
Once the product is accepted, the shipping company is deemed to have fulfilled its responsibility.
If the product is damaged: Please send the prepared report to us as soon as possible at info@cocobodyturkiye.com.
Once these steps are completed, we will begin working on the issue and ensure a prompt re-delivery of the product.
If you explain briefly in the email why you wish to return the product, it will assist us in resolving the issue with the product.
